Alcohol does me when in an episode. 10 minutes after a half a bottle of beer brings the demon out. Longer for rum, my favorite drink, though stay away from that during an episode too. Have not noticed any foods that bring them on, though am going to have to watch what I eat and compare my nights. Fortunately, outside of an episode, nothing triggers an episode or headache to start.
