Yoga is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Yogic breathing can be of particular help in controlling the anxiety and fear that seem to go with cluters. Helps get through the pain, also. Breathing is so important: inhaling is the first thing you do on this earth and exhaling is the last - all the ones in between are just as significant.
I've done yoga off and on for for over 20 years and it does wonders for mind and body. Didn't stop these headaches, though. Did help me survive.
There are lots of video tapes available if you can't make it to a class.
