I don't think anyone will rag you about yoga-if you read enough of the posts and archives, you'll see that we're willing to try pretty much anything.
You didn't list your symptoms. I'm not aware of 'regular' headaches turning into clusters. Could happen, I guess, but I've never heard of it. Most of us went from normal, painfree folks to CH'rs in one quick, unexpected and very painful step. Check out the board and see if you fit the CH profile. If not, you may be experiencing migraines.
