Hmm ..OK ..multivitamins eh ??..
That's the thing ...I'm on verapamil ( which I dread ) ..it makes my hands wobble when trying to work ..)
But at this point I really don't know what's working or not ..
I've been gwtting a lot of the so called shadows ...with eye feeling strange ...maybe tearing ..with no intense pain ...but just that " feeling " that it's there ...
I know someone mentioned that we should NOT " crack " our jaws , but I just can't help it . I did it about 4 times today and I feel some kind of pressure building up near and around my face ..but nothing visible externally ...
So CRACK it goes ..!!!
