Yes, I also have noticed the same similarities. When my last cycle of CHs started in Feb., they began right when my menstrual cycle began. My worst CHs, according to the Kip Scale, were right before and during my period. During remission, I get migraines with the same pattern. Oh, the joy of being female!!
