Same thing with the teeth for me. I like the popcorn bit, it fits. I also get the merry-go-round effect, where the pain goes from the forehead, just above the eye, to behind the eye, to the temple in front of the ear, to the top of my head, above my ear, to my cheek and back to the point of beginning.
