guest book first, and it was there I learned I wasn't so alone. Never did I expect so many others. That was both a sad and comforting experience.
Everyone here has or has had this horror, or supports someone who is afflicted. If you are persistent, you'll likely find something here that will give you some relief. Everyone has a story, and a lot of us have new and old ideas. A good percentage of them are not illegal nor dangerous. Some are borderline but have been incredibly useful.
Sorry you had to take this exit but it's as good a rest stop as any you'll find on this side of the Atlantic. If you like driving on the left, you'll find a very colorful site at OUCHUK or UKCH, in every way. They have better tea and beer as well.
