Yes the pain can be felt in the upper teeth. Also, when I have a really bad bout there can be pain in the lower teeth. The pain can sometimes be traced under the lower jaw, up and around the back of the jaw, along the upper teeth, through/behind the the nose/sinus, behind the eye and finally to the temple. I use ice to relieve the pain and many times I bite on an ice cube to get the teeth from hurting.
The weather has a slight affect on my cha's. I live in southern Nevada and we get some warm days, 110 to 115 degrees is normal. If I'm outdoors in the heat for 4 or 5 hours I'll be able to feel a shadow headache.
The brightness of the computer monitor doesn't bother me, otherwise I wouldn't be writting this. During a cha bright light is a killer for me. I have to find a dark place until the attack is over. Noise also bother me. Please don't talk to me during an attack.
